These Payment and Purchase Conditions apply to all sales and transactions made through the Pro Mobility website.
By purchasing a product from Pro Mobility, the customer agrees to be bound by these conditions.

Pro Mobility accepts the following payment methods: credit card and invoice.
All payments made on the Pro Mobility website are secure and encrypted.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the applicable VAT.
Pro Mobility reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
Pro Mobility is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Any additional shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at the checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
14 Day trial period offer:
Pro Mobility allows a 14 day trial period. This entails, that the customer can try the product in their home. The product must be taken well care of, and be in its original state and original packaging, should the customer wish to return the product. We therefore encourage our customers to use the product only inside their home in this timeperiod, to avoid damage and wear and tear of the product.
If the customer purchases the product, with an intention of misusage of the 14 days trial – such as, purchasing only with the intention to use it for up to 14 days as a free substitute to rental, the 14 days trial period is voided, if Pro Mobility can find valid claim for such misusage..
In addition is there any damage or wear and tear on the product in this given period, the relative loss of value of the product will be subtracted from the purchase value.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned product.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

All products sold by Pro Mobility come with a 24 months warranty. However batteries have only a 6 month warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
Pro Mobility’s liability for any claim will not exceed the total price of the purchased product.

Pro Mobility reserves the right to update or modify these Payment and Purchase Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website, and customers are advised to review the conditions regularly.
